welcome everybody and thank you for
stopping in for another workout video so
today I am doing it is called Brooke
Pierce never give up be true to yourself
try your best
keep smiling morbidly obese workout
routine I have never done this one
actually this is gonna be my first time
doing it so I may be stumbling a little
to figure out where I not what I'm doing
I'm gonna give it my all it is 2:30
right now so let's see how far I can
make it into my workout so yeah stay

hey you guys I am sorry that that the
workout ended up quitting sooner than I
thought
well I still did it but my phone died so
and my charger will not fit where I had
my where I have to have it in order to
record so I didn't get to record the
rest of it but I just wanted to come on
here and say that this is a very very
good workout especially if you're
wanting to do stand-up exercises a
little bit with sit-down exercises you
can kind of correspond both of the
exercises that I did which is the
obesity and limited body lay sticks one
with the two people sitting and then
also Brooke Pierce morbidly obese
workout routine she did this one two
years ago it has 1 million views and I'm
gonna say she did an awesome job putting
this channel video together and you can
tell that she's just a regular person
you know she's not she's not one of
these model obese people that put out
these workout videos tied you cannot
keep up with especially someone like my
size her size you can't just go into a
workout regimen and kick butt like you
just Cambo if you're working out with
something like what she's doing you feel
like you're still being able to
accomplish more and so it makes you feel
better that you're able to do with her
rather than feel like you're feeling out
on every word
because you're not being able to keep up
with the workout that is being put in
front of you so I just want to
definitely recommend that video I'm
hoping to be able to actually put a
video together myself
for you guys to be able to do along with
me I'm probably gonna work on that this
week that it's my goal so I want to work
on that this week is to get a video a
workout video started for my channel
from a start to finish work out so that
way then we have and there might be
multiple days that I put into one video
to make it like a longer set video
because I can do some stretching and
then I could do some sit down then I
could do some standing and then go back
into a stretching that's my goal so be
looking for that video to be coming up
real soon because I really really really
do want to get one of those out and yeah
today my eating I kind of sucked on my
eating today I'm gonna be really honest
I didn't get up and do what I needed to
do which was get up and start my day
with my breakfast a wholesome breakfast
at bat so I started out drinking tea
rather than getting up and drinking
water and that just kind of set my mood
off automatically if that makes any
sense
so I don't feel like I succeed even
though I know that I'm still under my
calories I really am not just fully only
focusing on calories I'm also trying to
promote wholesome eating as well as
wholesome as you can get when you're on
a budget you know some of us don't have
the luxury of eating organic or fresh
all the time because you have to do with
what you have and so if you can do with
what you have and it be something that's
more wholesome than nothing at all then
I'm just gonna promote what I can and
hope that what I'm doing it will help
others that are out there that are
questioning and stuff like that so
tomorrow I'm gonna do a complete what I
eat in a day video
this week I'm gonna start the word this
coming week I'll start the workout video
there was something else that I was
gonna say - I can't remember I cannot
for the life of me remember what the
other thing is I'm sure will come to me
after I in the video after I end the
video but I just want to thank everybody
for joining in and I hope this video
touches people where it needs to touch
them and help people that are looking
for a little bit of inspiration I know I
had fallen off the bandwagon but Amy's
back on the bandwagon I'm pushing for as
hard as I can to reach my goals I know
that I can do it it's just a matter of
keeping myself focused and keeping
myself accountable that's the biggest
thing is waking up in the morning and
keeping accountable and I think checking
in every morning with you guys will also
help me want to stay accountable because
I have so many of you guys following
along behind me and wanting to see what
I do and that's why I said I want to do
more eat in the days cooking videos
things like that those are what I'm
going to be pushing for so anyways I'm
gonna close my video I know it was kind
of a weird short one but it was just you
know one that I really wanted to get out
there and I kind of want to keep my
workout videos separate from my vlogging
videos because I want those to be in
different categories so anyways take
